When we founded this organisation in Kununurra, we did so with a simple but profound realization: in regional and remote Australia, progress is often hindered not by a lack of will, but by a lack of truth. For too long, projects in our regions have suffered from opaque data, disconnected workforces, and maintenance cycles that overlook the "small" issues until they become community crises.

TRUTH HUBS LTD was built to change that and to restore what was, is, and will always be.

Our governance framework is more than just a set of legal documents; it is our social contract with the communities we serve. Whether we are fixing a burst pipe in an Aboriginal community, scrubbing scaled walls back to their original dignity, or providing national stakeholders with real-time digital insights, we operate under a strict "Truth-First" mandate.

As we scale our operations across Australia, our board remains committed to three non-negotiable standards:

Accountability: We hold ourselves to the highest ACNC and ATO standards, ensuring that every dollar—including those entrusted to us through our Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status—is used to create measurable regional impact.
Cultural Integrity: We recognize that we walk on sacred ground. Our governance ensures that we respect Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) and follow the protocols of the Traditional Owners in every region we enter.
Transparency: We believe that sunlight is the best disinfectant. Our Digital Truth Hub ensures that our successes, our challenges, and our data are visible to those who need them most.

Governance, at its heart, is about stewardship. We are stewards of our donors' generosity, our partners' investments, and, most importantly, the trust of the families living in the homes we restore.
