Product Information & Accuracy Terms
1. Product Descriptions
We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, Truth Hubs does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.
Variation: Many of our products are [handcrafted / repurposed / sustainably sourced]. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are a natural characteristic of the item and are not considered defects.
2. Visual Representation
Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to differences in monitors, screen brightness, and photographic lighting, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Scale: Please refer to the written dimensions provided in the product description, as photos may not always represent the actual size of the item.
3. Availability & Out of Stock
Stock Levels: All orders are subject to availability. Our "Live" inventory is an estimate.
Backorders: If an item you ordered is out of stock or delayed (common with remote logistics in Kununurra), we will notify you within [2 business days] to offer a full refund, an alternative product, or a revised delivery date.
4. Pricing
Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (unless otherwise stated).
Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Truth Hubs reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that product. We will immediately refund any payments made in full.
5. Usage & Safety
Intended Use: Products should only be used for their intended purpose as described. Truth Hubs is not liable for damage or injury resulting from the misuse of products.
Assembly: If a product requires assembly (e.g., equipment or furniture), it is the customer's responsibility to follow the provided instructions. Failure to do so may void your warranty.
6. Circular Economy / "As-Is" Goods
If you are selling repurposed or "pre-loved" items through your circular economy initiatives:
Condition Reports: Items sold as "repurposed" or "refurbished" will include a condition report. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that they may have minor aesthetic wear and tear that does not affect their core functionality.
